TRANSPARENT PRICING

No fine print. No hidden fees. No surprises.

Everything we charge is on this page — a flat published rate, published Health Check and managed tiers, and line-by-line quotes for projects. If a number isn’t clear, ask before you commit and we’ll walk you through all of it, in full, before any engagement starts.

Custom software is the one thing we quote after a discovery call — the range is too wide to bracket honestly on a public page.

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

How engagements are structured.

Pick the model that fits the work. The hourly rate is the same number under all three — what changes is whether you’re buying a discrete chunk of time, a fixed-scope deliverable, or ongoing custodial coverage.

01

Hourly engineering

$150/ engineer-hour

For diagnostics, remediation, advice, small changes, and on-site visits. You pay the same $150 whether it's 2pm Tuesday or 9pm Saturday — no time-of-day or scope multipliers.

  • One flat rate — no senior, after-hours, or emergency multiplier.
  • Billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum.
  • Evening and weekend incidents at the same flat rate.

Project-based

Quoted· no minimum

Greenfield builds, multi-site rollouts, deployments scoped end-to-end. We'll quote a $1,200 single-site survey the same way we quote a $180k multi-site rebuild.

  • Itemized: discovery · design · BoM · deployment · documentation.
  • Fixed scope, fixed price — no surprise change orders.
  • Foresight design link delivered with every network engagement.
  • Close-out report at sign-off — findings, actions, what to watch.

Managed services

$150+/ site / month

Ongoing managed coverage — admin retained, firmware tracked, backups verified, drift alerted. Three tiers, compared in full below.

  • Three tiers — Essential · Professional · Enterprise — from $150+ / site / month.
  • Free support hours, VLAN and firewall management, and faster response at Professional and up.
  • Per-device pricing on UniFi gear only — not phones or desktops.
  • No annual contracts — leave any month with notice.

HEALTH CHECK · BY ENVIRONMENT

Scoped network health review.

A scoped remote review with a written report and a 15-minute walkthrough. Standard and Advanced are fixed-price; Enterprise starts at its published price and scales with the environment. The $150 rate never changes — the tier describes the environment, not the engineers.

MANAGED SERVICES

The tiers, compared line by line.

Essential is the floor — monitoring and admin for simple single-site networks. Professional steps up to VLANs, custom firewall rules, and a same-day response. Enterprise covers multi-site, failover, IDS/IPS, and a three-hour SLA. Per-device counts are UniFi gear only — phones, desktops, and printers don’t count.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions that come up before you book — how the rate works, billing, deposits, and what counts as overage. Answered here so nothing’s a surprise on the proposal.

How do the minimums and increments work?

Consulting has a 1-hour minimum per session; remote work has a 2-hour minimum per session; on-site inside the New York tri-state area has a 3-hour minimum per visit; on-site outside the tri-state has a 1-day minimum per trip. Each bills in 30-minute increments after the minimum — so 2 hours and 1 minute of remote work bills as 2.5 hours, 3 hours and 1 minute on-site bills as 3.5 hours. The minimums cover both the focused work and wrapping it up cleanly at the end.

What does “no project minimum” mean?

We’ll quote a $1,200 single-site survey the same way we’ll quote a $180k multi-site rebuild. No artificial floor we have to clear. The proposal is what determines whether the math makes sense — if it doesn’t, we’ll tell you.

Are equipment costs included in your rates?

Engineering hours are labor only. Hardware, cabling, and materials are quoted on the project proposal — the BoM is itemized so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.

Why is custom software not in a public price grid?

The range is too wide to bracket honestly — a $15k internal tool and a $400k multi-tenant platform sit on the same continuum, but the discovery call is what determines which one we’re actually building. We publish the bracket; the number lands after a scoping conversation.

How long is a quote valid?

Project quotes are good for 30 days. Hourly engagements honor whatever rate is published on this page at the time you book; if the published rate moves, we don’t retroactively change it on you mid-project.
